從學生品格自我評量看德明財經科技大學品格教育推動 Character from the student self-assessment to promote character education from Takming University of Science and Technology 吳柏緯 柯志堂 Po-Wei Wu Zhi-Tang Ke 德明財經科技大學 德明財經科技大學 學務處品格教育中心 學生事務處 執行秘書 學生事務長 erickpo@.tw ctko@ .tw 摘 要 本研究旨在以大數據之精神、以校務研究之永續經營為目的，探討德明財經科技大學學生的真實品格 行為研究與性別、家庭狀況、家庭成員與品格行為之相互關係，研究參與者主要為德明財經科技大學 103 學年度大一生與大四生，資料分析所用的統計方法包括描述統計、單因子多變量 。本研究主要發現如下： 1. 大學生對於不同品格德目之真實行為差異研究，以公民素養最為薄弱。 2. 不同性別的大學生在品格行為上有顯著差異 。 3. 家庭經濟狀況不同的大學生在品格行為上有顯著差異 。 4. 家庭成員不同的大學生在品格行為上沒有顯著差異。 研究結果供正式課程、分正式課程及潛在課程之 參考，並作為學務處品格教育中心辦理非正式課 程之改善依據，以達成永續經營之理念。 關鍵詞：德明、品格教育、品格、大數據、大學 Abstract This study was designed in the spirit of big data. The purpose of institutional research, investigate characters, behaviors , genders, family status and family relationships of the students in Takming University of Science and Technology. Participants of the study are mainly freshmen and seniors of 2014 academic year, the statistical data analysis methods include descriptive statistics and ANOVA. The main findings of the study are as the following: 1. Differences of college students for the real character of behavior, Among the weakest is citizenship. 2. Students of different gender are significant differences in character behavior 3. Students of different family economic status have significant differences in character behavior. 4.
