This article focus on two issues, first, the article presents a summary of the layout design of Belgiums unemployment insurance system which be classified in accordance with a traditional layout and a modern layout methodology approach. And second, the article presents a summary of the administration framework of the Belgian unemployment insurance system and the mode of its operation. The article describes the functions of various structures taking part in the operation of the Belgian unemployment insurance system, their characteristic, as well as their operation flow.
