注射用丹参多酚酸盐使用情况剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨该院注射用丹参多酚酸盐的使用情况，为药品的临床合理用用提供参考。方法 随机选取2012年1月―2017年7月该院90例使用注射用丹参多酚酸盐的患者为研究对象。回顾性分析患者临床资料，观察注射用丹参多酚酸盐科室用药分布、使用诊断、单次剂量、给药途径、频率、溶媒、疗程及配伍，?u价药品使用合理性。 结果 注射用丹参多酚酸盐以心血管科使用构成比最高，占90.0%；冠心病心绞痛使用诊断85例，占94.4%；单次使用剂量200 mg者78例，占86.7%；1次/d静脉滴注90例。占100%；溶媒使用5%葡萄糖74例，剂量250～500 mL者88例，分别占82.2%和97.8%；使用疗程1～7 d构成比最高，占51.1%，用药14 d者12例，占13.3%。结论 注射用丹参多酚酸盐的使用存在着超说明书现象，为进一步提高用药合理性，建议临床加强管理，使药品使用基于科学、全面的医学证据，以提高正当性，保证药品疗效及使用安全。 　　[关键词] 注射用丹参多酚酸盐；临床使用；合理用药 　　[中图分类号] R969 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）11（c）-0142-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the use of salvia miltiorrhiza for injectionin， and to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods From January 2012 to July 2017 were random selected 90 patients with salvia miltiorrhiza for injection were enrolled in this study. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. The rationality of drug use was evaluated by using the diagnosis， single dose， route of administration， frequency， solvent， course of treatment， compatibility and related adverse reactions in salvia miltiorrhiza for injection. Results Salvia miltiorrhizapolyphenate injection was the highest in the use of cardiovascular disease， accounting for 90.0%； 85 cases （94.4%） were diagnosed by angina pectoris， 78 cases（86.6%） of Sub-intravenous infusion； 90 cases of interjection accounting for 100%； solvent use of 5% glucose in 74 cases， with the dose of 250～500 mL in 88 cases， accounting for 82.2% and 97.8%； the use of treatment lasted for 1 to 7 days， accounting for 51.1%， 14 days of medication in 12 cases， accounting for 13.3%. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza for injection use of the existence of the phenomenon of super-manual， in order to further improve the rationality of medication， it is recommended to strengthen the management of clinical， so that the use of drugs can be based on scientific and comprehensive medical evidence to improve the legitimacy of drugs and to ensure efficacy and safety. 　　[Key w
