PAGE w 北京化工大学北方学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE I 北京峰阳勃世金属制品有限公司库存管理研究 摘 要 库存管理是制造企业物流总成本的重要组成部分，关系着企业的竞争力和生存能力。因此，如何在降低库存管理成本的基础上提高企业的库存管理水平成为众多制造企业关心的问题。 制造企业中的库存管理方法有很多种,比如ABC重点管理法、5S现场管理法以及数据分析法等。企业只有结合自身的实际情况选择适合自己的管理方案，才能规范库存管理，提高运作效率。 本文通过对北京峰阳勃世金属制品有限公司的库存管理模式进行考察，发现了其库存管理水平低下的原因主要有两个：1.订货频率混乱、订货数量无规律，造成货物积压，使仓库的投资过多。2.货物周转慢，存在浪费现象。然后，笔者通过对存在的问题进行分析，提出了解决北京峰阳勃世金属制品有限公司库存管理问题的具体办法：结合实际情况改进传统的经济订货批量法，完善企业的订货管理，同时借鉴现代的准时制库存管理方法，砍掉浪费，以达到提高库存管理水平的目的。 本文运用的主要方法有：经济订货批量（经自己改进），问卷调查，准时制库存管理以及总结归纳等。 关键词： 库存管理 EOQ经济批量 JIT准时制 　　 Study on The Model of Inventory Management of the Beijing FYBS Metal products Co., Ltd. Abstract Inventory management is an important part of total logistics costs of manufacturing enterprises, the relationship between the competitiveness and viability of the enterprise. Therefore, how to improve the level of inventory management to reduce the inventory management are costs on the basis of the concern of many manufacturing companies. There are many Inventory management methods in the manufacturing enterprises, such as the ABC key management method, the 5S method, data analysis and so on. In order to standardize inventory management and improve operational efficiency, Companies must choose their own management programs because of their own actual situations. In this paper, inventory management model to inspect the Beijing FYBS Metal Products Co., Ltd., found low level of inventory management has two problems: 1. Order frequency chaotic, irregular number of orders, resulting in the backlog of goods, so that the warehouse invest too much. 2. The slow turnover of goods and waste.
