精品 摘 要 随着我国市场经济的发展和体制改革的深化，保险业在金融业乃至于在整个国民经济中的地位日益重要，保险的功能和作用将得到越来越广泛的发挥，他将渗透到经济的各个行业、领域、生活的各个方面。而资金运用是保险行业的核心业务，没有资金运用就等于没有保险业。保险行业存在的主要目标是风险转移，保费是风险转移的价格，但由于市场竞争，使得这个价格往往不够支付转移成本，所以，没有保险资金运用，保险企业的经营是很难维持下去的。因此，研究保险公司的资金运用，对保险业的经营至关重要，而资金运用的风险管理更是重中之重。 关键词：保险业；资金运用；风险管理 Abstract The stock reform in the Agriculture Bank of China and to come into the market become the focus people are concerned. According to the logical illation, chart method, contrast method; it is going to discuss relative questions of the stock reform in the Agriculture Bank of China. However, the stock reform in the Agriculture Bank of China faces some obstacles such as, the difficulty of national financial property rights, the decreasing of the quality in the credit asset, be lack of effective management and the descending of operational efficiency. It should make use of the some effective strategies to solve these problems, which are included getting rid of the difficulty of financial property rights system, improving and strengthening inner control system, enhancing the quality of credit asset, promoting integrated operations. Connecting with the real situation of Agriculture Bank of China, it is the way to discuss deeply implement of the stock reform in the Agriculture Bank of China; also, it is the way to provide some suggestions for ‘states distributes’ ‘separating primary and secondary parts’ ‘the whole reformation’ ‘region distributes’.
