通过对25位参与过命题的高中教师的采访，可以得出以下结论：21位教师 关注国家课程标准，意识到课程标准在教学中重要性。22位教师比较重视学业 测评与课程标准的一致性，在命题过程中，分析、讨论过课程标准的要求。17 位教师表示对于设计试题，他们重视课程标准中的要求和目标。5位教师表示， 他们通常按照自己的教学实际和学生存在的问题来设计题目。只有3位教师根据 自己多年的教学经验把握教学中的重点、难点，进行命题。 关键词：国家课程标准；高中学业测试；一致性；韦伯一致性分析模式 ii 万方数据 Abstract Since the 1990s,man countries in the world have carried out the curriculum reform based on national curriculum standards. Under this situation, China starts a new curriculumreform withreference to otherwestern countries.Thisreformbrings more opportunities and challenges for the development of China’s education. New “Basic Education Curriculum Reform”points out that national curriculum standards are the basis of compilation of teaching materials, teaching, and achievement assessments. Therefore, designing achievement tests should base on national curriculumstandards. This stud , based on “Webb’s consistenc analysis model”, analyzes the alignment between final English tests in high schools from four dimensions, categorical concurrence, depth of knowledge consistency, range of knowledge correspondence and balance of representation. So this stud is conducted with the followingresearchquestions.(1)TowhatextentarefinalEnglishtestsinhighschools consistent with the curriculum standards from the perspectives of categorical concurrence, depth of knowledge consistency, range of knowledge correspondence and balance of representation?
