PAGE 精品 Ⅲ 浙江万里学院商学院毕业论文（设计）题 目 浙江万里学院商学院毕业论文（设计） 题 目 服务外包发展趋势 及宁波服务外包业竞争力分析 国际经济与贸易专业 国际商务系 学生姓名 专业班级 指导教师 系、别 学生学号 精品 精品 摘 要 经济全球化速度的加快和新一轮全球产业转移浪潮的到来，促进了服务业跨国投资的进一步深化。服务外包业是现代服务业的重要组成部分，具有科技含量高、附加值大、资源消耗低、吸纳就业能力强等特点。大力发展服务外包业，有利于优化产业结构，转变贸易增长方式。 本文通过对服务外包涵义、分类及其发展趋势分析，并结合宁波服务外包业的现状，发现宁波服务外包产业存在以下问题：政府的支持力度不够、行业发展不够成熟、人力资源储备欠缺等。本文主要通过DRCO与钻石模型对宁波服务外包业竞争力进行分析，通过分析认为要提升宁波服务外包产业，应首先明确宁波服务外包业的市场定位，并制定相应对策，如制定促进宁波服务外包产业发展的政策体系、大力发展信息技术和软件业、提高宁波服务外包市场成熟度、进一步扩大开放程度、打造“宁波外包”的国际品牌。 关键词：服务外包；竞争力；发展战略 Abstract The speed of the economic globalization quickened. The new global industry shift is coming. It’s improving the multinational service investment in further.Service outsourcing is one of the most important part of the modern service industry. It characteristic are high in technological content, earn foreign exchange, low in resource consumption, increasing employment and so on.. To develop service outsourcing in China, to optimize the industrial structure change trade growth mode. In this paper, through theoretical and background of service outsourcing, and analysis the development trend of ningbo .Combination of the status of Ningbo service outsourcing industry. Found some problems of Ningbo .Such as have not enough support from the Government, development of the industry is not mature enough, a lack of human resources reserve etc. In this paper, through DRCO and Diamond models analysis the competitiveness of Ningbo service outsourcing industry. Through the analysis of ningbo service outsourcing industry,we know if we want to improve it we must do something.First, clear ningbo service outsourcing industry market positioning.As for promoting the development of ningbo service outsourcing industry policy system, energetically develop information technology and software, improve service outsourcing market maturity of ningbo, expanding opening degree, create the international brand of ningbo outsourcing.
