《广东省大宝山铜铁矿井下开采设计》-毕业论文.doc

PAGE 摘要 本次设计的大宝山铜硫铁矿位于广东省韶关市曲江县，它是一个比较大型的多金属国有企业，其矿石成品主要为铜、硫、铁矿石。 本设计共分为6个部分，它们分别是：（1）总论；（2）矿床赋存地区的自然概况及原始资料（3）矿床地质；（4）开拓系统；（5）采矿方法；（6）矿山通风；（7）矿山提升和运输。根据大宝山具体的矿床地质条件、矿床开采条件采矿方法采用垂直矿体走向的有底柱中深孔分段凿岩阶段矿房法。其大宝山拟设计的生产能力为.52.8万吨/年，选用该采矿方法的矿石回收率、损失率、贫化率分别为：85%、10%、15%。通风方式采用愁出示对角通风，开拓系统采用大宝山原来的开拓系统，运输提升采用主斜井箕斗加副斜井提升。 此次设计专题部分为地下采矿方法单体设计，首先是采矿方法的技术经济比较，然后选定一种采矿方法，再根据选定的采矿方法进行设计，凿岩采用YGZ-90凿岩机打上向扇形中深孔，采场通风为4.5m3/s，采空区采用长锚索支护之后进行嗣后一次充填。 关键词：开拓系统；矿床地质；分段凿岩阶段矿房法； ABSTRACT The da bao shan copper and sulphur iron mine of the design locates at shaoguan country in Guangdong pass city song river County, it is a more large many business enterprises with state-owned metals, its mineral stone finished product is mainly copper, sulphur, iron mine stone. This design is divided into 6 part totally, they respectively is:(1)General introduction;(2)The mineral bed endows with the natural general situation and the original data(3) mineral bed geologies of the regions;(4) Developmengt system；;(5)mining method;(6)Mineral mountain airiness;(7)The mineral mountain promotes and transports.Mine the opencast method of condition to adopt the perpendicular mineral body to head for according to the concrete mineral bed geology condition, the mineral bed of big treasure mountain have the bottom pillar to dig the rock stage mineral building method in the segment of cent of deep bore.Its big treasure mountain draw up production ability of design is.528,000 tons/ years, which choose to use mine for the mineral stone recovery rate of method and lose the rate, poverty to turn the rate difference is:85%,10%,15%.The well ventilated way notice the opposite angles well ventilated, expand the big treasure mountain of the system originally, the conveyance promotes to adopt the main and inclined well skip to add the vice- inclined well to promote. This time the design of special subject designs the single body of underground opencast method,which is a technique economy that substitute for minerals the meth
