浅述建筑工程全过程安全管理 　　摘要：建筑工程施工全过程管理是建筑企业在市场经济时期赢得市场的关键，是企业经济目标转化为物质成果的实际行动。全过程管理是建筑工程施工企业管理的核心。因此，加强施工前及后续的现场管理，对建筑施工企业都非常重要，必须扎扎实实的管,认真的、科学的对待。而在建筑工程项目中安全工作为头等大事。要确保建筑工程项目人员在施工过程的人身安全和建设工程项目相关管理工作，必须要用理念科学扎实地进行策划、组织、指挥、协调、监督控制和改进来发展安全管理工作。本文对建筑工程全过程安全管理提出了自己的见解，即建筑设计、建筑招投标、建筑施工和建筑竣工四个阶段的安全管理。通过对建筑施工行业基本特点的分析，阐明针对建筑施工特点，做好安全生产管理，夯实安全管理基础，抓好过程安全管理的体会。 　　关键词：建筑工程；施工；全过程；安全管理 　　Abstract: the construction process management is building enterprise in a market economy to win the key period of market, is the enterprise economic goals into physical results of practical actions.
