l 摘 要 在科学技术迅速发展的今天，包装工业越来越受到人们的关注。商品外表的包装能够对物品起到保护作用，好的物品包装能够引起消费者的兴趣，达到刺激消费的效果。本次设计题目为“四边封条袋包装机设计”。 本次设计的基本设计方案是：包装袋是在机上成型；总体布局是立式；连续式作业；机上制袋采用对合式、截取式。包装机一次可进行多袋物料的包装，主要用来包装胶丸、粉末、颗粒形态的物料，其体积小巧，操作简便，可调性强，宜人性高。本机可根据包装物料的不同形态更换不同的上料机构。 该四边封包装机由物料供送机构，放卷机构，纵横封热封辊机构，打字辊机构，纵切机构，横切机构（冲裁机构），输送机构，控制机构，传动机构几部分组成。机器进行作业时将待包装的物料装进料斗之中，将包材从放卷机构上依次引入热封辊，打字辊，纵切机构和冲裁机构，开动机器，对包材进行纵封和底边横封，料斗升降机构带动分料斗下降给料，给料完毕分料斗抬升，同时热封辊进行横封，纵切机构对包装袋纵切，冲裁机构对包装袋进行锯齿状横切。用输送带对完成的包装袋进行运送。 设计者在结合人因工程学对包装机进行总体设计的同时，着重对其物料供送机构，冲裁机构及热封辊模具进行设计。 关键词：包装机；四边封；供送机构；热封；冲裁机构 Abstract With the rapid development of science and technology in modern days, packaging industry is receiving increasing attention. The appearance of the goods plays a protective effect on the goods. A good packaging interests consumers to stimulate consumpt ion. The article of my design is the design of four-seal bag packaging machine. This designs basic design plan is: The sack is taked shape on machine; The entire distribution is vertical; Continuous-type work; The system bag is used suitably ,the interception type on the machine. The packaging machine may carry on many bag of materials the packing, mainly uses for the packing the capsule, the powder, the pellet shape materials, its volume is exquisite, the operation is simple, controllable, pleasant is high. The machine may act according to the packing material the different shape replacement uses different delivery institution. The packing machine is mainly used to pack soft capsules, powder, granular forms of materials. The main use of the machine is to drive sprocket and pack materials according to different forms of the material to switch to a different agency at the same time. I designed installing capacity of four packets of materials for delivery by agencies, institutions of putting volume, and vertical and horizontal roll closure sealing body type roller bodies, longitudinal section of agencies, cross-cutting bodies (blanking), the transportation agencies, control agencies
