毕业论文 题 目： 西部矿业模型估值及投资价值分析 专 业 年 级： 金融学专业2009级 所在学院和系： 财经学院财政金融系 完 成 日 期： 2013年5月30日 西部矿业模型估值及投资价值分析 摘要 经过2007—2009年证券市场的大起大落以后，概念炒作已经不能成为投资人做决策的主要依据。部分的投资者转向于理性投资，即发掘证券产品的实际价值。但是由于我国的证券市场制度不完善，上市企业股票价格与其价值偏离的现象比较严重，投机行为仍在二级市场风行。普及以证券的内在价值为基础的价值投资理念仍然很漫长。 论文以我国A股市场有色金属行业板块中的西部矿业股份有限公司为研究对象，探索如何研究上市公司的内在投资价值。文中以上市公司的历年年报，财务数据及其他相关的信息为分析基础，运用价值分析法，结合学习的相关理论知识和方法，对其内在价值进行研究和分析。文章的主要研究内容分为三部分。首先，论文通过对国家宏观经济现状与未来趋势分析和有色金属行业分析，研究和分析外部因素对西部矿业的影响。通过西部矿业的基本面分析和财务状况分析，分析公司的运营状况、竞争力优势和发展前景。其次，通过折现现金流模型对西部矿业的投资价值进行了计算，为投资者提供了比较准确合理的投资价值范围。最后，对其投资风险进行分析，并对西部矿业的投资价值区间做出比较客观、合理的评估，帮助广大投资者加深对西部矿业公司的认知，为投资者投资西部矿业股票提供必要的参考。 关键字：估值模型，投资价值，财务预测 WESTERN MINING MODEL VALUATION AND INVESTMENT VALUE ANALYSIS Abstract After the ups and downs of the stock market in 2007-2009, the concept of speculation has no longer been the main basis for investors to make decisions. Part of investors turn to rational investment, which explores the actual value of the securities products. However, because Chinas securities market system is imperfect, the phenomenon that the stock price of listed companies deviates from its real value is serious, and speculation is still popular in the secondary market. The popularity of the philosophy for value investing based on the intrinsic value of the securities still needs more effort. The study of this paper focus on the Western Mining Co. Ltd ,a company in Chinas A-share market in the non-ferrous metal industry sector. The paper explores how to study the intrinsic investment value of listed companies. The paper applies the method of value analysis which based on the annual reports, financial data and other related information about the Western Mining over last few years, combined with theoretical knowledge and methods of learning, conduct research and analysis on its intrinsic value.
