精品 小溪旅游价值评估 摘要：传统的旅游资源消耗者对待旅游资源的特殊态度，导致了旅游活动与地理环境之间的不和谐，引起环境污染、文物古迹与背景环境被破坏、社会秩序受干扰等问题;国内旅游资源开发与旅游发展过程中，各利益相关者(Stakeholders)的出发点不一致导致了旅游环境问题的产生。此外，目前国内对一些未开发自然保护区的人文旅游资源、旅游资源价值体系，以及评估方面有很大的不足，因此对国内自然保护区进行生态旅游价值的评估具有迫切性和必要性。 对此，我们以小溪自然保护区为整体，在总结国内外环境资源、旅游资源与遗产资源价值评估理论与实践的基础上，对小溪自然保护区生态旅游资源的优势，弱势，竞争威胁，发展机会的具体阐述，建立符合小溪自然保护区乃至中国世界未开发旅游区域的旅游资源价值评估体系，寻找各价值的合理评估方法游价，并对非使用价值与代表性使用价值—旅值进行重点评估。 关键字：生态旅游资源；湖南小溪国家自然保护区；评估分析。 The Tourism Value Evaluation of XiaoXi Wangwuyang Supervisor：WU Yu-xian (College of Biology and Environmental Science,Jishou University,Jishou Hunan 416000 ) Abstract:The special atitude of tourism resources coster traditional to the tourism resourcees lead to the unbalance between tourism activity and geography environment also lead to environment polution cultural momuments and background of the environment disrupted and public order problems interferenced. The various stakeholders pointing firstly lead to the problems of tourism environment．In addition, at present the domestic in some underdeveloped nature of human resources in tourism resources, the value system, and assessments have a great lackness so for the reserves for ecotourism value assessed with importance and necessity. For this,we regard xiaoxi as a unit on the basis of environment resources of domestic and international and tourism resources’s theory evaluation and practice, Through writing vividly of advantage disadvantage competion and opportunity of xiaoxi ecological tourism resources and build the tourism resources value evaluation system of xiaoxi or more than undeveloped tourism places,and look for all kinds of resonable ways,evev for the unuseful and representive useful value-evaluating above all.
