There are many factors to lead to the phenomenon, including the lack of teaching facilities and venues, a single teaching method, the students’ personal qualities are weak, poor physical fitness, the high risk of shot, and the information feedback is not enough, etc.These factors are related to the shot put teaching directly. Exploring the related solution is very important to improving the quality of shot put teaching and throwing distance degree.
