WORD完美格式 WORD完美格式 技术资料 专业整理 技术资料 专业整理 WORD完美格式 技术资料 专业整理 升降温制度对陶瓷材料抗热震性指数的影响 摘要 本课题研究的重点则是不同热震制度对于陶瓷材料抗热震性指数的影响。主要研究结论如下：（1）对于纯Al2O3，在600 ℃下分别热震10次，20次，30次，40次，50次所得到的抗热震性指数均在23-30之间，且变化很小；在200-600 ℃下逐次热震所得抗热震性指数均在22-30之间，变化同样很小。从中可以看出热震制度对纯Al2O3热震性指数的影响很小；（2）对于7 wt% SiC/Al2O3，在600 ℃下所得到的抗热震性指数均为35-46之间，在200-600 ℃下逐次热震的抗热震性指数均在39-43之间，变化很小。从中可以看出热震制度对7 wt% SiC/Al2O3抗热震性指数的影响很小；（3）SiC的添加能够改善陶瓷材料的抗热震性。 关键词：Al2O3 SiC 热震制度 抗热震性指数 Effect of temperature on thermal shock resistance of ceramic materials index ABSTRACT The focus of this research is the effect of different heat shock system for thermal shock resistance of ceramic materials index. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) For the pure Al2O3, the thermal shock resistance index, after respectively 10 times, 20 times, 30 times, 40 times, 50 times of the thermal shock at 600 ℃, was between 23-30, and the fluctuation is very small; after successive thermal shock at 200-600 ℃ the thermal shock resistance index was between 22-30and the fluctuation is very small, too. It can be seen from the results that the effect of thermal shock system on thermal shock resistance index of pure Al2O3 is very small; (2) For 7 wt% SiC/Al2O3, the index of thermal shock resistance at 600 ℃ is 35-46 and the index of thermal shock resistance of successive thermal shock at 200-600 ℃ is 39-43, changing smoothly. It can be seen from the results that the effect of thermal shock system on thermal shock resistance index of 7 wt% SiC/Al2O3 is very small; (3) The addition of SiC enhance the thermal shock resistance of ceramic material.
