温州地区丙型肝炎病毒感染者基因型分布特征及其临床意义剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨温州地区丙型肝炎病毒感染者基因型分布特征及其临床意义。 方法 收集2010年1月～2012年12月温州市中心血站自愿献血者244例，其中，HCV感染经ELISA方法证实为HCV抗体阳性者122例，健康者122例，收集同期来温州地区某医院门诊肝病患者122例，所有对象均静脉采血，HCV RNA提取，AMV反转录，并采用巢式PCR扩增对研究对象进行HCV-RNA的检测及基因分型。 结果 门诊肝病患者1 b总阳性率为100.0%，HCV抗体阳性者1 b总阳性率为95.9%，健康者1 b总阳性率为0.0%，三者比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2=10.28，P 0.05）。122例肝病患者中1 b型所占比例最高，且在重度病变及肝硬化患者中占比最高（P 0.05），不同肝病程度间比较差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 温州地区HCV的基因型以1 b型占优势，由1 b型感染所致疾病的病情较为严重。 　　[关键词] 丙型肝炎病毒；基因型分布；1 b基因；温州 　　[中图分类号] R512.63 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）01（c）-0058-03 　　Distribution characteristics and its clinical significance of hepatitis C virus infection genotype in Wenzhou City 　　LIN Rong WANG Bin LIU Yanfei 　　Center Blood Station in Wenzhou City， Zhejiang Province， Wenzhou 325000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the distribution characteristics and its clinical significance of hepatitis C virus （HCV） infection genotype in Wenzhou City. Methods 244 cases of voluntary blood donors in Center Blood Stations in Wenzhou City from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected， in which there were 122 cases of HCV infection confirmed by ELISA， and 122 cases of health body， at the same time 122 cases of hepatopath in Outpatient Clinic of a hospital in Wenzhou City were collected. All objects were all given venous blood sampling， HCV RNA was extracted， AMV was reversed， the nested PCR amplification was used for HCV-RNA and genotyping detection. Results Among all cases of the object of study， 1 b total positive rate in hepatopath was 100.0%， and was 95.9% in voluntary blood donors with HCV antibody positive， and was 0.0% in health voluntary blood donors， the comparison had significant difference （χ2=10.28，P 0.05）. The proportion of type 1 b among 122 hepatopath was the highest， which was the highest in severe and cirrhosis of the liver （P 0.05）， the comparison between different degrees was statistically significant （P 0.05）.
