Methods: 60 uremia peritoneal dialysis patients in the first subsidiary hospital of Guangxi TCM College, age in 18~60 year, gender open-ended, have continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) more than 3 months. These patients, whose daily urine volume are more than 500ml, creatine clearance (CCr) less than 15ml/min, clinical symptoms stability, have no peritoneal inflammatory, and pneumonia, and urinary tract infection, infection history patients in the last months. They were divided into two groups by randomized number table: treatment group and controlled group. Each group have 30 cases. Two groups in age, sex, history, and distributions on the primary diseases constitute the basic condition are similar to have comparability. In the maintenance based on drugs(such as blood pressure medicine，erythropoietin and iron), treatment group take agriculture- oriented Shenling Baizhu power mixed with water and peritoneal dialysis; Controlled group take Peritoneal dialysis. Evaluate the symptoms and questionnaire life quality before and after detection. Test hemoglobin (Hb), Albumin, and serum total protein (TP), and blood urea nitrogen (BUN), and Serum Creatinine (Scr), and urine urea nitrogen (UUN), and peritoneal dialysis liquid urea nitrogen biochemical index check. Measure height and weight, calculation body mass index (BMI), and Measure mid-arm muscle circumference (MAMC), and triceps skinfold (TSF). Records urine volume, and calculate urea clear index (KT/V) of peritoneal dialysis patients. Use Pearson methed for correlating analysis, and SPSS13.0 software for data processing.
