浙江万里学院毕业设计 PAGE 浙江万里学院毕业设计 富邦集团制革废水氧化沟工艺治理的设计 摘 要 本文应用氧化沟技术对富邦集团皮革废水治理工艺进行初步设计和计算。氧化沟生物处理工艺在制革废水处理中的应用是成功的，它最突出的优点是处理效果好，在本工程设计中，氧化沟进水COD平均浓度在1700mg/l时，可确保处理后COD降至150mg/l左右，COD、硫化物、动植物油、色度等的去除率可分别达到92.12%，98.17%，99.10%和85.15%。它的另一特点是采用高效表面机械曝气机，可以在不中断运行的情况下，在平台上维修机械设备，便于维护管理。 关键词：氧化沟；处理工艺；皮革污水处理；设计参数 ABSTRACT Haining has been already among the top 100 countries because of its leather market and wool spinning industry. However, environmental problems have brought great pressure to a lot of Haining leather enterprises. Nowadays, Haining People pay much more attention to the environmental concept and the extensive economy has disappeared. Meanwhile, the original wastewater control system has never met the need of the enterprises. This thesis was dedicated to the Fubangs effort to use oxidation ditch to deal with the wastewater. The thesis will also focus on the wastewater control system. Oxidation ditch process in the biological treatment of tannery wastewater treatment was successful. The most prominent advantage of it to deal with the effect of good design in this project, the oxidation ditch average concentration of COD in the influent 1700mg / l, the COD can be treated to ensure that the 150mg / l to about, COD, sulfide, animal and vegetable oils, color the degree of the removal rate of 92.12%, respectively, 98.17%, 99.10% and 85.15%.
