摘要 摘要 I I 摘要 成人玩兴是一种在工作或学习中所展现出来的主动自发性、想象力、情绪的表达力、好 玩有趣、乐在其中的态度。本研究采用台湾学者余嫔等人编制的成人玩兴量表、卡特尔 16 种 人格因素测验和症状自评量表作为研究工具，以南京地区 8 所高校的大学生作为研究对象， 调查分析中国大学生玩兴的现状；进一步研究玩兴与 16 种人格因素的关系；并初步探索大学 生玩兴与创造性和心理健康的关系。根据研究结果的综合分析讨论，得出以下主要结论： （1）大学生玩兴及各个因子存在性别、专业、年龄、生源、年级、独生子女和恋爱经历 的差异，总体上看，来自城市的大学生的玩兴高于农村的大学生，有恋爱经历的大学生的玩 兴高于没有恋爱经历的大学生。 （2）大学生玩兴与 16 种人格因素中的大部分因素呈显著性相关，玩兴总分与稳定性 C、 持强性 E、兴奋性 F、有恒性 G、敢为性 H 呈显著性正相关，与怀疑性 L 和忧虑性 O 呈显著 性负相关。 （3）大学生玩兴的 “幽默放松、自得其乐”和“童心未泯”因子与创造性均呈负相关，“幽默 放松、自得其乐”、“乐于创造、解决问题”、“自我坚持、积极完成”三个玩兴因子可以预测创 造性。 （4）大学生玩兴和 5 个因子均与心理健康呈正相关，“幽默放松、自得其乐”、“童心未泯” 和“乐于创造、解决问题”三个因子可以预测心理健康。大学生玩兴及部分因子与 SCL-90 中的 部分因子和总分均呈负相关，SCL-90 的部分因子可以预测玩兴及 4 个因子。 关键词：玩兴 大学生 问卷调查 人格 创造性 心理健康 Abs Abstract II II Abstract Adults’ playfulness is a spontaneous initiative, imagination, the ability to express emotion, playful and fun attitude in studying or working. College students from eight different universities of Nanjing area are investigated by the adults’ playfulness scale, the Cattle Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire (16PF), and the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).The purpose of research is to investigate the college students’ playfulness, analysis the relation between playfulness and 16 personality factors, and study the relation between playfulness, creativity and mental health. Base on the analysis of results of this research, we get conclusions as follow: College students’ playfulness had significant differences in gender, specialty, age, student origin, grade, only child and love experiences. Playfulness scores of college students from urban is higher than college students’ from country. Non-only-child college students playfulness scores were significantly higher than only child college students. College students’ playfulness had significant correlation with most personality factors. College students’ playfulness was positively correlated with stability, aggrassiveness, excitability, perseverance and venture, and negatively correlated with suspition and worry. Factors of “humor to
