摘 要 在电子商务的虚拟环境下,商家能够在网上提供的商品种类和数量非常多，用户既不愿意花太多时间在漫无边际的网上寻找商品，也不可能像在物理环境下那样检查商品的质量。因此，用户很希望电子商务系统具有一种类似采购助手的功能来帮助其选购商品，并能根据用户的兴趣爱好自动地推荐给每个用户可能感兴趣的商品。因此，商品推荐系统的研究具有很重要的现实意义。为了更好地研究商品推荐系统的推荐功能，现开发一个基于信任的电子商务商品推荐系统，来实现商品推荐功能和好友之间的推荐，帮助顾客挑选出更多自己感兴趣的商品。 作者在本文中介绍了基于信任的电子商务商品推荐系统所使用的JSP、STRUTS、MVC等技术和开发工具，并通过比较分析，说明了选用这些技术和开发工具的原因。之后，作者详细阐述了本系统从需求获取到系统分析和设计再到编程实施的整个过程。文中根据作者在系统开发中获得的经验，提出了系统开发中的一些细节的处理，并结合实际情况对其中的某些重点、难点问题和解决方法加以论述。最后，作者对毕业设计结果进行了分析和主观评估，并对推荐系统未来的研究方向提出了自己的看法。 关键词：推荐系统；商品推荐；电子商务；JSP；Struts2 Abstract In e-commerce environment, the number and the type of products which can be provided online are becoming very large. Customers are neither willing to spend too much time searching for the products on the Internet, nor can they check the qualities of products just as in the physical environment. Therefore, customers hope that the e-commerce system has functions to help them choose and buy products, just like a purchasing assistant，and it can recommend products to each customer individually based on their interests and hobbies. Thus, there is a very important significance to research the product recommending system. In order to study the function of product recommending system better, a product recommending system based on trust is developed. Having the functions of recommending products to customers and recommending products between friends, the product recommending system can help customers pick up more products they are interested in. In this article, technologies and developing tools such as Struts, JSP and MVC used in product recommending system are introduced at first. According to comparing with other technologies and developing tools, the reason of choosing the technologies and developing tools is explained. After that, the entire process of developing the system which is from require analysis, system analysis and design to system implementation is illustrated in detail. According to the experience obtained during the system development, some of the de
