PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 投资与消费相互关系研究 摘 要 近年来，我国投资和消费关系不协调问题日益突出。当前，投资率接近改革开放以来最高点，而消费率则降为1978年以来的最低水平，并已连续5年下降。持续50多年的投资主导型发展模式，对消费增长形成了抑制，使城乡居民生活条件改善受到影响，有悖于以人为本的科学发展观的宗旨，也导致我国国民经济的粗放型发展，加重了我国资源消耗、能源紧缺、环境污染和生态破坏；增强了经济增长对出口的严重依赖，加大了经济运行的风险，也造成银行呆坏账增加、金融风险加大、城乡差距扩大、劳动就业困难等经济和社会问题，使经济社会的稳定、协调和持续发展面临威胁，不利于科学发展观的全面落实。依靠高投资可以推动经济增长，但不具有可持续性，这已有前车之鉴。因此，改善投资与消费关系，提高消费率，无论从目前还是长远看，都有深远的意义。本文阐述了投资与消费的关系，分析了我国投资与消费关系的现状成因及其后果，并对调整我国投资与消费的关系提出一些建议。 关键词：投资 消费 经济运行 Abstract In recent years，the problem of the inharmonious relationship between investment and consumption in China is becoming increasingly prominent. Currently，the investment rate has almost reached the highest point since the reform and opening-up，but the consumption rate has dropped to its lowest level since 1978, and has been declining for five consecutive years. More than 50 years of continued development mode of investment-dominated made consumption growth restrained，affected the living conditions improvements of the urban and rural residents，which is contrary to the objective of people-oriented scientific concept of development，and also led to extensive development of our national economy，which has increased China’s resource consumption and energy shortage，environmental pollution and ecological destruction; Meanwhile, the mode made the serious reliance on exportation of economic growth enhanced，increased the risk of economic operation, also caused economic and social problems such as the increase of bad debts in banks, the enlargement of financial risks, the widening of the gap between urban and rural areas and the difficulties of employment, all of which made the stability, coordination and sustainable development of economic society under threat, and went against the full implementation of the scientific concept of development.
