四、客户踊跃参与 每日饼干烘焙平均35次，活动中女性与儿童参加活动比较频繁。售楼处内部香气四溢，随时到场的客户均可以享受到精致的小饼干。 五、活动效果与反思 1、活动效果 （1）烘培饼干，增加了现场的嗅觉感受，使得售楼处内氛围较好，客户停留时间长。 （2）照顾到孩子的感受，对孩子的吸引力很大。 2、活动反思 （1）、由于接近年尾，单纯的饼干DIY活动虽然有客户参与，但是内容较单一，略显单薄，建议后期增加活动项目内容。此类活动之前建议与春节元素相结合的活动，未被采纳，建议可以结合新年主题，渲染过年氛围。如：写春联、画年画、剪纸等民间艺术。 （2）、考虑到费效比问题，建议后期确定举办活动内容后，先告知活动内容，然后在周四上午与销售进行沟通。在此基础上，可以针对活动类型，要求销售员对手上现有客户进行告知，以保证较高的活动参与度。 （3）、建议强化微博传播力量，网博公司现场进行活动直播，随时播报活动情况。 THANKS!
