Quality management proposes quality management techniques for production transfer project, discusses about quality mentality, special quality requirement in automotive industry and quality tools which shall be used in production transfer project. Quality tools include Process Flow Diagram, Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and Control Plan. The linkage among these tools is also reviewed. The output of J production line transfer project approves that the research results gain significant effect. The project was completed ahead of schedule and ahead rate is 5.3%. All quality matrixes meet or exceed target, it is also the first time that company decreases FTQ and scrap rate to the lowest level, 28000ppm and 0.8% respectively.
