The paper presents a dynamic resource allocation scheme to reduce the interference in the 计 w network and improve system spectrum efficiency. This scheme balances the load of two-layer network through setting coefficient and enhances the spectral efficiency by adjusting the spectrum resources dynamically under the circumstance w of eliminating the cross layer interference. The simulation results suggest that this scheme compared with the existing w schemes effectively reduces the interference of picocells, improves the overall spectrum efficiency of the system, and bal- ances the load of two-layer network while the stability of the macrocell is obtained.
