浅析民用建筑施工中防渗漏要点 　　摘要：民用建筑是居民日常活动的场所，是人们生活起居主要的地点，民用建筑的施工质量是建筑企业整体水平的表现。民用建筑施工和使用中不可避免地会出现建筑渗漏的问题，这不但影响到民用建筑的使用功能，而且对建筑企业来说也会对其社会效益带来影响，会影响其未来的发展，因此，应该加强民用建筑施工中防渗漏的工作。本文在民用建筑施工的基础上，提出了做好民用建筑施工中防渗漏的要点，希望有助于防渗漏工作的提高。 　　关键词：民用建筑；建筑施工；防渗漏；施工要点 　　Abstract: the civil building is residents activities of daily place, it is people life daily life the major sites, civil building construction quality is building enterprise level of performance.
