本科毕业设计（论文）通过答辩 新型磨粉磨浆机的设计 【摘要】 由于豆类制品中豆类蛋白质丰富而不含胆固醇，对人体健康十分有利。因此豆类制品 很受人们欢迎，作为以豆类制品为主要加工对象的加工机械同样很受关注。 本文所设计的是一种对大米、大豆、玉米等农副产品进行初步加工的机械——新型磨粉 磨浆机。它是由机座、电机、动静磨盘、送料装置、轴承座、联轴器等装置组成 电机通过联轴器带动旋转，通过主轴带动固定在其上的联辊旋转，从而使动磨片相对 于静磨片运动。送料机构通过料斗将物料送入粉碎齿套内，然后通过联辊的螺杆部分将物 料输送到动磨片与静磨片之间进行研磨。同时，物料在粉碎齿套内也能起到初次简单破碎 的作用经抹碎后的粉状或浆状物料由出料口排出。原料磨碎粗细程度可通过调节机构来调 节。调节机构主要由调节手轮、弹簧、锁紧螺母钢球顶柱组成，作用是通过机构的调节作 用，调节两磨片间的间隙，到达调节物料磨碎粗细程度的目的。 本论文通过对磨粉磨浆机的基本结构和工作原理进行研究，通过查阅机械设计手册对 关键参数进行比较和确定。本文的研究手法有：观察法定量分析法定性分析法数量研究法 的一些常用的研究方法。 本文的研究结论是：通过对磨粉磨浆机的研究和设计对前人已有的基础上进行改进，对其工 作原理及基本结构进行了分析和说明，也对关键参数进行了优化设计同时对设计磨粉磨浆机 经济效益的分析。为磨粉磨浆机的发展起到一定的推动作用。 【关键词】 磨粉磨浆机 结构 设计 1 27 第 页 共 页 本科毕业设计（论文）通过答辩 【Abstract】 ANewMachineforGrindingFlourandPaste As beans products in the protein-rich beans and not cholesterol so It s very ＇ beneficial tohumanhealth andbeansproducts verypopular amongpeople welcome.
