Study On The Production Management Information System’s Purchasing Management And Cost Management Of Hydraulic Fittings For Engineering Machinery A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Zhang Qiliang Supervisor：Prof. Cai Zongyan Chang’an University, Xi’an, China i i 摘 要 在经济全球化不断发展的新形势下，企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中赢得胜利，必须 实现采购、计划、生产和销售等业务流程的畅通与优化。ERP 系统作为企业上层整合先 进管理理念和计算机网络技术的信息系统正可满足这种需求。在 ERP 系统的诸多模块中， 采购管理模块处于整个供应链的顶端，决定着企业产品的质量。而成本管理模块更是企 业立足市场竞争的基础。为此，本论文以山东兖州金城宏达机械有限公司为研究对象， 对中小型企业 ERP 系统的采购管理模块和成本管理模块进行了研究。 首先，在详细调研的基础上，根据企业需求分析，对企业现有业务流程合理改进， 设计出符合中小型企业特点的业务流程；其次，对企业管理软件的功能进行了设计，通 过对采购管理模块和成本管理模块的数据流程图的分析，分别设计出对应的功能模块； 然后，对企业管理软件的结构进行了研究设计。主要包括管理软件的逻辑结构、企业网 络部署和数据库的设计；最后，在前文研究的基础上，开发了采购管理和成本管理的原 型系统，通过实践证明了本文相关设计和理论研究的正确性。 山东兖州金城宏达机械有限公司是中小型企业的典型代表。本文研究的系统功能设 计和体系结构具有一定的通用性，可为我国其他中小型企业实施信息化管理提供有益参 考。 关键词：ERP、中小型企业、采购管理、成本管理 iii iii iv iv Abstract Under the new situation of growing economic globalization, if enterprises want to get the first place in the fierce market competition, its business processes must be unimpeded and optimization such as procurement, planning, production and sales. ERP system as a information systems which corporate upper integration of advanced management concepts and computer network technology, is suitable to meet this demand. In the many of modules of ERP system, the purchasing management module is in the top of the entire supply chain, which determines the quality of the products of the enterprise. And the cost management module is the foundation of enterprises based on market competition. So, we take Shandong Yanzhou Jincheng Hongda Machinery Co. Ltd. as research object in this thesis, and study on the procurement management module and cost management module of the ERP system for small and medium enterprises.
