To analyze the basic immune status of patients with lung cancer, the CD4+, CD8+ cells and CD4+ / CD8+ ratio were also detected by flow cytometric method (FCM) Results The expression of TCR V? subfamily V?3（9/49）,V?9（10/49）,V?13.2（6/49）was upregulated in peripheral T cells of 49 patients with lung cancer. The expression of TCR V? subfamily V? 3 （7/31）,V?9（5/31）,V?21.3（3/31）was upregulated in pleural effusion TIL of 31 patients with lung cancer. While a high percentage of V?5.2, V? 5.3, V? 7.2, V? 13.1, V? 14, or V? 23 was found in different patients. Similar overexpression of V? 3 and V? 9 were found in peripheral T cells and hydrothorax TIL of lung cancer patients, and the V? subfamily expression of hydrothorax TIL was less than that of peripheral T cells in lung cancer patients. The cytotoxic effect of peripheral T cells (46/75) and hydrothorax TIL (53/75) in lung cancer patients were higher than that of peripheral blood T cells in healthy individuals (p 0.05). Furthermore, cytotoxic effect of hydrothorax TIL was higher than that of peripheral blood T cells in lung cancer patients.
