工科院校大学生人文素质评价体系的构建与应用 工科院校大学生人文素质评价体系的构建与应用 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 PAGE PAGE iv The Construction and Application of Evaluation System for Engineering College Students’ Humanistic Quality Abstract In the process of teaching in universities of science and technology, the inclination of valuing science and professional knowledge and neglecting humanities and humanistic quality seriously limits the quality’s promoting in all respects. The lack of humanistic quality has been a negative social phenomenon. The paper constructs an evaluation system for engineering college students’ humanistic quality, and based on the analysis, puts forwards the effective approaches to improve it. On the basis of looking up and tidying a great deal of document, I have probed deep into the theme of humanistic quality education, in the same time combined to the fact of engineering college students. At first, the concept of humanistic quality was indefinitely, based on the comparison of document research,induction and extraction,experts consultation and etc,we defined the concept of humanistic quality and puts forward the goal of humanistic quality education of engineering college. Secondly, Based on the methods of theory analysis,document research,Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP),we selected the items of evaluation system and the weight of each item was determined. The system includes 6 first indexes and 18 second indexes. Thirdly, according to the survey to engineering college students of Hebei University of Technology,we verified the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation system. At last, according the results of the survey, I developed some suggests, puts forwards the effective approaches to improve the humanistic quality of engineering college students.
