摘 摘 要 桂林电子科技大学学位论文 桂林电子科技大学学位论文 摘 要 第三方物流的产出是服务，其服务质量的高低直接影响顾客满意度水平及企业的 收益，而其面对的顾客大多是企业型的顾客，与一般的服务行业所面对的是个人顾客 有所区别，在现有的研究中，一般对于企业服务质量好坏的衡量都是通过顾客满意度 来评价的，针对第三方物流服务的特点，建立其服务质量顾客满意度的评价体系，为 其对自身服务质量有个清晰的了解，并以此作为整改的依据，提高顾客满意度进而提 高自己的竞争能力。 本文在参考国内外服务质量评价及第三方物流服务质量评价理论的基础上，结合 信息时代发展的特点修正SERVQUAL评价模型使之适合第三方物流企业，编制具有较 高信度的第三方物流服务质量顾客满意度调查问卷，并选择相关的企业发放问卷， 运用层次分析法及模糊综合评价法处理数据，运用EXCEL及SPSS软件工具对数据进 行分析。 本文考虑了行业及时代的特点，对SERVQUAL模型改进提出物流服务质量的SERV QUAL评价模型，编制问卷并进行了实证研究，为第三方物流企业以顾客满意为依据 改进自身的服务质量提供了一种简便可行的方法。 关键词:第三方物流:物流服务质量:顾客满意度:模糊综合评价。 万方数据 I – – – PAGE IV – 万方数据 Abstract The third party logistics’output is serve, it’s service qualities’directly influence the customer satisfaction level and the incomes of enterprises. The third party logistic is in the face of the customers of enterprises type different from the general service indus- tries which in the face of the customer of personal customer.
