万方数据 万方数据 福建省农村金融资源配置效率研究 摘 要 农村金融资源及其配置效率是农业现代化发展的关键问题。在市 场经济条件下，我国政府对“三农”问题高度重视，农村金融改革不 断推进，农村金融资源配置效率不断提高，并推动了农业和农村经济 的发展。由于各地农村经济发展不一样，农村金融资源的配置效率也 不同。福建省虽然是经济较发达的地区，但由于农村传统的农业特征 相对明显，农村微观主体融资不畅，金融支持不足等问题的存在，使 得福建农村金融资源配置效率出现弱化的现象。因此完善福建农村金 融资源配置机制、提高配置效率，对提升福建农业综合生产能力，建 设社会主义新农村和实现农业现代化具有重要意义。 本文以资源配置效率理论为基础，运用现代农村金融效率理论，借 鉴国内外学者关于金融资源配置效率的研究成果，主要从以下几方面 进行阐述：第一,主要运用金融资源配置效率理论分析福建省农村金融 资源形成与发展；第二,福建省农村金融资源配置的现状分析；第三, 通过构建 DEA 重点对福建省农村金融资源配置状况的实证分析；第四, 着重分析福建省农村金融资源配置效率的制约因素；第五,提出优化农 村金融资源配置的总体思路及对策。 关键词 福建省 、农村金融 、资源配置 、效率分析 I FUJIAN PROVINCE, RURAL FINANCIAL EFFICIENCY OF RESOURCE ALLOCATION ABSTRACT Resource allocation efficiency and rural finance is a key issue of agricultural modernization. In a market economy, the Chinese government on the three rural issue attention, rural financial reform progresses, rural financial resources allocation efficiency continues to improve, and promote the development of agriculture and rural economy. Because different parts of rural economic development, rural financial resources allocation efficiency is different.
