喇喇喇rl1111111111/11 T l lS 0200 摘要 摘要 政府信息公开，实现建立覆盖人民群众的档案资源体系和方便人民群众 的档案利用体系目标，要求档案部门根据人民群众日益增长的信息需求和不 断深化的需求层次，加大信息资源管理、开发的过程控制和服务的专业化改造， 形成高信息集成度、高可信度的无污染的绿色、环保信息产品、信息服 务，满足公众信息消费的绿色、健康、环保的新趋势。实现档案信息传播过程 的信息生态平衡是关键。档案信息传播信息生态系统平衡必须要重视档案信息 传播者、相案信息资源、档案信息传播环境旦方面生态因子的作用，又保证系 统整体的协调统→。 第一霸主要介绍选题的背景、选题价值，即对档案信息传播和信息生态研 究现状的综述。 第二章主要介绍信息生态现论。对信息生态的概念、信息生态因子、信息 生态平衡进行了阐述。 第三章主要阐释档案信息传播。对档案信息传播的概念、档案信息传播者、 档案信息资源、传播媒介、用户、传播效果和信息反馈进行了解读，并揭示了 档案信息传播与信息生态之间的关系。 第四章主要论述了档案信息传播中的信息生态危机的表现，分析了危机产 生的原因。 第五章论述了档案信息传播中的信息生态规划。提出了信息生态的建设思 路和信息生态建设的具体措施。 第六章结论与展盟。对档案信息传播中的信息生态建设进行了总结，提出 下一步研究中需要解决的问题与继续努力的方向。 关键词:档案信息传播:信息生态;信息生态因子:信息生态平衡 ， II II Abstract ABSTRACT Let the mass access the public information ωily; use it quickly，just the duty and responsibility of the government. With the trend of green，healthy and environment 仕iendly information consumption ，reliable，non-pollution information products and services have to be served. The key is the balance of archival information dissemination of info-ecological. But this is a composed 也ings，several ecological factors involves in，as archival institutes，archivists，archival resources and the spreading environment.ηle. systematic and holistic idea must be applied in 由e construction and maintenance of the info-ecological system.ηle full text is divided six chapters，the content respectively is: The first chapter is the introduction. lntroduced this selected article background ， the research represent situation，the research aim and technique. The second chapter is the introduction of the infoecology，the role of info-ecological and the balance. The third chapter basically expounds the concept of archival information communicatio n， the disseminator and information resources，medi a， users，effect and information feedback，reveals the relationship between the archival information dissemination and the information ecology.
