The second chapter gives a genera1 discuss about the opera. It is divided into 伽ree parts. The first p唰 expresses the creative background 台om the historical angle. The second part analyzes the musíc features and the structure of the plot. Then the last part exprω， ses the inf1uence and sígnificance for the development of Chinese opera 叽le third chapter is the most important one of a11the chap忧rs. It analyzes the image of lin Zi from various angles.η垃s chapter is divided into 仰。阴阳. One analyzes Jin Zís artistic image from both her drantatic image and music image. The other one affords the singíng handle of Jin Zi including the demand for the ω肘， volume，timbre，breath and shape ofher body，eω- The forth chapterωtalyzes aesthetic value of Jín 刀s image. 叽1日 chapter is divided into two parts.ηle first one explains the relationship between the opera image and the aesthetíc value，且nd the second one analyzes the aest趾tíc va1ue of Jin 缸 s image including bothω:pects of lofty and tragedy. The fifth chapter ís conc1usive word. It applies the authors own accumulation and comprehension to interpret the character of Jin Zi in this opera.
