The introduction of e-business is one of the core courses in vocational colleges of majoring in finance and economics. However, most training program settings neglect cultivating students the ability of Innovation and entrepreneurship. This paper makes a compare between vocational colleges in China to analyze the current situation and problem of e-business, finds out the backwards, such as teachers teaching content, teaching methods, disjointed with reality and far from the requirements of talent training under the policy background of Innovation and entrepreneurship. Combining the characteristics of Internet economy development and the teaching link of e-commerce practice, this paper proposes the reform plan which is benefit to improve students creative ability, improving the quality of practice teaching links.
