商业物业管理风睑浅析 ［ ］近几年来，随着物业管理行业的不断发展，很多人一提到物业管理就联想到住宅小 区，而商业物业类型的物业管理却被忽视，特别是对商业物业管理的风险存在模糊的认识。 事实上企业决策失误、业主维权意识增强、员工流动、人身伤害、工程遗留问题等，都给商 业物业管理带来风险。本文旨在通过对商业物业特点及其管理需求的分析，认识该物业管理 屮的风险类别，适时建立风险管理机制，从而有效地规避和转移风险。 ［关键字］商业物业物业管理风险管理 Risk analysis of commercial property management [Abstract] In recent years，with the continuous development of the property management industry, a lot of people referred to the property management association to residential and commercial property type，property management has been ignored，especially the vague understanding of the risk of commercial property management.
