I 摘 要 摘 要 零售业生产率高低较大程度上反映了零售业成熟与否。准确分析限额以上零售业发 展现状，找出其中的薄弱环节并提出一些对策措施，对于促进商贸流通发展、扩大全省 消费需求进而带动国民经济发展具有重要意义。 本文基于 Malmquist 指数方法，采用河北省十一个市 2000-2010 年零售业相关数据 进行了定量实证研究，测算出河北省各市各年度的零售业全要素生产率，将其分解为技 术进步、规模效率和纯技术效率。通过对河北省零售业生产率的影响因素进行分析，提 出增加零售业生产率合理的对策。研究表明，河北省零售业生产率在近十多年保持了增 长趋势，其主要动力来自于技术进步，同时受由规模效率和纯技术效率共同作用的技术 效率的影响，因此河北省各市应因地制宜，采取适当措施以提高零售业生产率，从而促 进整体经济发展。 关键词 零售业 全要素生产率 Malmquist 指数 II Abstract Abstract The level of retail productivity reflects that the retail industry is whether mature or not.It is of great significance for promoting the development of commerce and trade circulation and expanding the consumption demand to promote the development to analysis that present situation of enterprises above designted size in retail industry accurately and find out some countermeasures. In this paper, based on Malmquist index method, an empirical study is conducted to explore the relevant data of 2000-2010 retail eleven city of Hebei Province,and calculate the total factor productivity of Hebei province cities each year in the retail industry and decompose it into technical progress, scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency. By analyzing the factors of affecting the Hebei province retail productivity, put forward countermeasures of increasing retail reasonable productivity. The research shows that, retail productivity of Hebei province maintained a growth trend in recent years, The main motivation comes from technology progress, simultaneously is affected by technical efficiency which is effected by scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency. Therefore, Hebei province should suit ones measures to local conditions, to take appropriate measures to improve the retail productivity, thereby promoting the overall economic development.
