He was the most influential teacher I had ever had as he told us a lot of chemistry background knowledge to encourage and motivate us because that subject was quite complicated for us. I still remembered that he frequently gave us articulate speeches that the chemistry was the gymnastics for the nature , which inspired my enthusiasm to learn it well. 2. Do you think you could be a teacher? Well, I don’t think I am suitable to be a teacher as I am not a patient person and cannot bear to repeat the same things frequently. Thus，a job as a teacher is really boring to me, you have to make your explanations as easy as possible for students to fully understand. It is a challenging job, I am afraid I cannot do it. 3. What kinds of teachers do you like? Maybe I was not an excellent student, but the teachers I liked best ,especially in high school , were the ones who were the most passionate about their subjects, whether it be Math or History or English or whatever. Besides, I loved the teachers who made their subjects come alive in class by adding knowledge that obviously didnt come from the textbook, but instead came from their own years of extensive reading and study of the subjects they taught. I especially loved the teachers who gave homework that allowed us to take what we had learned and apply it in a creative way, instead of just regurgitating it. 4. Do you like strict teachers? Well, for me I really like teachers who are strict if he is doing it in a right way. I dont like teachers who are lax and has no control of his classroom.
