河口采油厂固定资产管理研究 河口采油厂固定资产管理研究 崔会然(工业工程) 指导教师：孙淑萍(教授) 摘要 固定资产作为石油开采企业的重要劳动资料，是其从事生产经营活 动的物质基础，为采油厂的持续经营提供了保证，加强固定资产管理、 推行先进的、科学的管理制度，是关系到采油厂兴衰成败的重要课题。 本文首先介绍了固定资产管理的相关基础理论，借鉴国内外先进的 实践经验，分析河口采油厂的资产现状和管理现状，肯定了取得的成绩， 同时指出了存在的问题，针对河口采油厂存量固定资产管理和增量固定 资产管理存在的问题，进行了深入地研究，对于存量资产的管理，从订 正基础资料入手，强化资产的现场管理，完善资产的运营管理，构建资 产管理考核体系；对于增量资产的管理，由增量资产的取得途径，将增 量资产的管理分为资产购置和建设项目管理，资产的购置应当注意分析 选型的影响因素，建设项目的管理从决策、设计、实施三个阶段进行科 学管理：提出以加强存量管理作为增量投入的依据，实现增量与存量互 补；强化项目评价分析，认真搞好可行性研究和不可行性研究工作：建 立相关的制度，以保证措施有效实施的合理化建议。 关键词：河口采油厂，固定资产，存量资产，增量资产，管理 Research Research on Fixed Assets Management of He-kou Oil Factory CUI Hui-rail(Industry engineering) Directed by Associate Professor SUN Shu-ping Abstract As the important labor resource of the petroleum mining enterprise，the fixed asset is the base material of production management，providing the guarantee for the continual development of oil factory．It is relates to the Success or failure ofoil factory to strengthen the fixed asset management and catty out the advanced and scientific control system．At first，the paper introduces the basic theory which is related to the fixed asset management and the advanced experience of the domestic and foreign factory．Then analyses present situation of asSetS and management of He-kou oil factory． Admit the achievement,at the same time，pointed out the existence problem． The author do some research on the management of the current凰ed asset and added fixed asset of He—kou oil factory according to the problems presented above．Regarding to the management of the eurrent fixed asset，the paper proposes four methods，including check the basic data,strengthen the real—time management，improve the operation management and construct the inspection system．The paper divides the management of the added fixed asset into purchase management and construction management according to the way of the property incensement．The property pllrchase must pay Iii attention attention to the analysis shaping the influence factors．The construction ma
