106-1 Dayeh English Speech Contest 106-1 英語演講比賽 I. Contest Objectives /活動目的: This speech contest is organized in order to enhance students’ English skills, English language ability and students’ self-confidence and encourage students to participate in learning English and improve students’ competitiveness in the workplace. 為了增進學生用英文表達能力以及英文語言能力，因此舉辦此演講比賽，以增進學生的自信心，並 鼓勵學生參與英語學習，並提升學生的職場英語競爭力。 II. Organizer /主辦單位 Teaching Excellent Project Centre 卓越教學與品質保證中心 International Language Centre 國際語言中心 III. Eligibility /參賽資格: All DYU students are welcome to participate, except for 1. Students who have resided in English-speaking countries for 1 or more years 2. Students who were educated in American schools for 2 or more years 3. Students from countries where English is the native or officially spoken language. Students who fall into the exception category are not allowed to join the contest, if found violating the eligibility criteria, the students are to be disqualified and their results are to be annulled. 大葉大學全校之在學學生皆可參加，但是(1) 曾於英語系國家居住滿1 年以上(含一年),(2) 曾就讀於美 國學校滿兩年以上者，以及(3)凡母語及該國的官方語言為英語者皆不得參加比賽，若經舉報發現有 違反符合資格之規定者，一律以取消參賽資格及競賽成績不採用來處理。 VI. Registration/報名方式: Registration via online system 6/ from October 16 to November 17. 欲參加此競賽之同學需於 10/16-11/17 期間至 「LLNC 語言導航中心預約系統」線上報名。  Fill in the basic information online and submit the specified electronic files for your topic and speech according to the following rules: 請參賽者上網填寫參賽者基本資料及附上演講題目 及電子檔演講稿，電子檔規定如下 1.
