《污水处理厂PLC3站的人机界面系统设计》-毕业论文设计（学术).doc

摘 要 经济的发展，人口的增长给城市生活环境带来很大压力，城市污水处理厂成为重要的环保基础设施。随着工业控制自动化技术的不断发展，现代污水处理行业越来越多地使用监控组态软件进行远程监控和数据采集。西门子公司的WinCC软件是时下应用最广的监控组态软件。本课题以石家庄市桥东区污水处理厂为背景，应用WinCC软件，完成了污水处理厂PLC3站的人机界面系统设计。 本设计首先进行了项目的组建以及变量的组态，然后对过程画面的组态进行了设计，在此基础上对项目报警系统进行了组态，最后设计了两级用户管理。 通过对污水处理厂PLC3站的SCADA系统设计，实现了通过计算机对现场过程的控制。完成了PLC3负责部分的功能画面构建，WinCC与PLC3经由网络构建的实时通讯，上位机WinCC画面的实时数据显示以及重要设备的报警组态。 关键词：污水处理 WinCC SCADA系统 组态 Abstract Economic development and population growth bings great pressure to urban living environment. So urban sewage treatment plants become important environmental infrastructure .With industrial automation control technology development , more and more control configuration software has been used in Sewage processing industry to collect the data and monitor remotely.the WinCC software of SIEMENS is one of the most widely used control configuration software.the topic is set in QiaoDongOu sewage treatment plant. Human-machine Interface system of the PLC3 station in sewage treatment plant was finished in the design. This design established the project and configurated variables firstly. Then designed the configuration of the process picture, on the basis of that the project alarm system is configurated.finally,I design the user management. We could control the site process by computer through the design of the SCADA system of the PLC3 station.I completed the design of the function pictures of PLC3 station,realized the communications of WinCC and PLC through network.The screen of the upper computer could show the real-time field data.And the important equipment would alarm when there are some problems.
