PAGE 运用UV结合HPLC测定穿心莲内酯分子的性能 中文摘要 目的：研究穿心莲内酯分子印迹聚合物吸附性能的规律。方法：采用UV结合HPLC的方法测定穿心莲内酯分子印迹聚合物及其空白聚合物在不同浓度溶液中对目标组分的吸附量，以确定其吸附性能的规律。结果：与空白聚合物相比，穿心莲内酯聚合物的吸附量明显要高，UV法与HPLC法测定的吸附数据一致。结论：穿心莲内酯聚合物因含有目标组分空间结构的空穴及结合位点，选择吸附能力强于空白聚合物。 关键词 穿心莲内酯； 分子印迹聚合物； 吸附性能 ABSTRACT Purpose: Study of molecular imprinted polymer andrographolide adsorption patterns.
