年产400万吨合格圆坯转炉炼钢及车间设计 摘 要 本设计主要任务是设计年产400万吨圆坯的转炉炼钢车间。从基础的物料平衡和热平衡计算开始，主要包括以下几部分：转炉炉型设计、氧枪设计、转炉车间设计、连铸设备的选型及计算、以及铁水供应系统，废钢供应系统，散装料供应系统，铁合金供应系统，除尘系统等进行了设计。其中，转炉炼钢车间设计是本设计的重点与核心。 本设计设有转炉三座，容量均为120t，平均时间为38min，纯吹氧时间为16min，转炉作业率为84%，转炉的原料主要有铁水、废钢以及其它一些辅助原料。连铸坯的收得率为98%，另外本车间炉外精炼主要采用了喂丝以及真空脱气手段。本车间的浇注方式为全连铸。车间的最终产品为圆坯。 为了更加详细说明转炉车间设计中的一些工艺及设备结构，本设计穿插了很多图形，表格，为明确，直观的介绍转炉炼钢车间的工艺布置提供帮助。 关键字：转炉；400万吨；设计；设备计算；车间计算 Abstract The main task is to design a annual production 4,000,000 tons round billet converter steelmaking plant.From basic material balance and heat balance calculations . including the following sections: Converter furnace design, lance design, the converter plant design, equipment selection and calculation of continuous casting and hot metal supply system, scrap supply system, bulk material supply systems, ferroalloy supply system, de dusting systems designed.
