摘要 摘 要 《基于 SOA 与多渠道的农村三资与三务公开管理系统的设计与实现》用来论 证并完成山西省晋中市农村工作管理信息化建设。 《基于 SOA 与多渠道的农村三资与三务公开管理系统的设计与实现》希望依 托现代网络信息平台，通过建设农村工作管理信息化系统，实现农村三资管理信 息化管理，即实现资金、资产、资源的信息化管理，并将三资信息公开到农廉网 公开系统，进而达到农村管理信息化目标。 系统设计遵循成熟性原则，在基于 J2EE 体系架构 模型的基础上，结合 Sybase.PowerDesiner.v11.0，建立必要的物理对象模型。系统的编码采用 MyEclipse 6.0 作为开发工具，以 Web Service 为数据中间层，SQL Server 2000 为后端数据库， 形成一套以 B/S 模式为主的灵活方便的管理平台。 论文包括五个主要关键点：项目背景、相关技术理论、体系架构及主要技术、 基于 SOA 的农村三资管理系统设计与实现、主要技术特点。其中主要介绍了基于 SOA 的农村三资管理系统设计与实现，重点说明了系统的设计思想、组成结构、 功能划分、实现方案，从多角度对农村工作管理信息化系统的建设进行论述。 关键词：三资，三务，SOA，B/S，C/S I Abstract Abstract Design and Implementation of SOA and multi-channel funded in rural areas and the three Service public management system is designed to demonstrate and complete the construction plan of rural work management information system in Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province.
