The Research and Implement of Human Resource Management System Name：Zhang Peng Major：Computer Technology Supervisor：Prof．Wang Fang Abstract ne human resource management system is used as a kind of tool which is an important means for improving employee’S working performance and enthusiasm．It also is the fundamental facility and technical supporting environment of modem corporations． Combining wim present situation of the enterprises．this thesis describes the human resource management system functional requirements，system design and implementation． At first，it proposes an UML-based method to analyze the demands of information system．And framework design is demonstrated based on the requirement analysis．It uses case diagram to describe demand of each function module．The system iS constructed and developed．In order to adapt the application requirement of the user,the framework consists of three layers：persistence layer,business logic layer and show layer．So，it Can enhance stability of the database，and increase efficiency and accuracy rating of the transaction processing．Secondly the manual function module is designed：recruitment indicator module，recruitment management module，recruitment office management module，candidate management module，statistical inquiry module，recruitment bulletin module，system management function module．Each module is designed by class diagrams， as management control class，business logic class，information entity class．It provides relation between the classes．Also provides the property and mean every class，etc．it also expounds interactive process between classes of idiographic flow．It chooses the subject of application of AHP to analyse the recruitment index system and build a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for comprehensive ability of candidates．Finally,the interface of software and the core codes is provided in the paper．After online implementing，all the human resource management transaction demonstrated on a network platform．Through th
