From analyzing the statistic collected from the field investigation in Cuihu Community，we try to show the situation of community management and community participation of Cuihu Community，with three different angle，the managers，the residents who are satisfied and unsatisfied. And，we will analyze the reason why that happened，especially the psychological motivation.
