= 1 \* roman i 试论我国对外贸易增长方式的转变 摘 要 改革开放以来，我国对外贸易取得了长足发展。2004年我国外贸首次突破万亿美元大关，超过日本，进入世界外贸前三甲的外贸大国地位。但是在对外贸易规模迅速扩大的同时，对外贸易粗放型的增长方式还没有得到有效控制。如果不转变增长方式，继续按照现有模式增长，我国对外贸易将难以持续健康发展。如果说粗放型的对外贸易增长方式是适合了我国过去的计划经济体制，那么在向市场经济转轨的今天，向集约型增长方式转变则己成为必然。本文主要对我国对外贸易增长方式转变的相关问题进行分析，并提出合理的对策。全文共分为三章：第一章介绍我国对外贸易增长方式的现状；第二章主要论述了我国对外贸易增长方式转变的必然性和可能性；第三章主要从企业和政府的角度提出了我国对外贸易增长方式转变的对策。 关键词：对外贸易；增长方式；转变 = 2 \* roman ii The Transformation of Growth-pattern of Chinese Foreign Trade Abstract The foreign trade of our country has a fast and sustainable development since reform and opening. In 2004 the amount of import and export ranked three in the world. But the present growth-pattern of foreign trade is an extensive one and hasnt changed much along with its increasing scale. If foreign trade develops on the basis of present grow-pattern without any change, the foreign trade of our country wont increase fast. The above-mentioned growth-pattern of foreign trade is suitable to the planned economy system in the past, and it is inevitable to change into an intensive one in the process of transition to market economy. This essay especially analyzes the relevant problems about the transformation of growth-pattern of our countrys foreign trade and promotes reasonable measures. The whole essay is divided into three chapters. The first chapter introduces the current status of the growth-pattern of ourcountrys foreign trade. The second chapter discusses the necessity and possibility of the transformation referring to the growth-pattern of our countrys foreign trade. The third chapter gives the measures from the views of government and corporation.
