PAGE 1 - - 关于合一国际住宅区建设项目合同管理研究 中 文 摘 要 合同管理是工程项目管理的一个重要工作内容。本文以解决建设项目合同管理存在问题以及为今后项目管理方合同管理提供建设项目合同管理依据为目的，以某项目的合同管理模式为研究对象，通过对合同管理的现状与存在问题的分析，得出了应解决的问题。从合同管理定义、意义、原则及任务等基本概念为出发点结合合同管理的实际工作内容对合同管理的工作进行了分析与分解，界定合同管理任务的责任划分，论证了工程项目实施过程中合同管理的重要性，运用合同管理的基本原理，结合建设项目实施的特点，提出了对建设项目合同管理的基本方法和任务，对合同管理的必要性规范性作研究，论证合同管理必须针对项目的特点、建设任务进行细分，细分后需按目录有针对地确定负责人，使合同管理精细化、责任细分化，使建设项目在合同管理过程中实现项目的质量控制、进度控制、投资控制三大目标，进一步论证了合同管理是建设项目的核心。 关键词：建设项目；合同；合同管理 Abstract Contract management is an important project management work content.
