发达国家不同市场经济模式运行绩效的政治经济学分析 以美国模式和德国模式为例 Political Economic Analysis on Performance of Different Market Economy Models in Developed Countries Take the American Model and the German Model as Examples ： 李策划/刘风义 李策划，南开大学经济学院博士研宂生；刘凤义，南开大 学经济学院教授、中国特色社会主义经济建设协同创新中 心研宂员。 内容提要： 发达国家市场经济模式存在多样性，但哪种模式运行绩效 更好，有待学界深入研宄。从马克思主义政治经济学的方 法来看，一个岡家市场经济的运行绩效不能单纯用经济指 标来衡量，而是要从生产力和生产关系相统一的角度去分 析。基于此，木文提出用经济绩效和社会绩效两方面的综 合绩效来衡量一种市场经济模式的运行绩效，并以美国模 式和德国模式为例，从实证角度对两种模式运行的经济绩 效和社会绩效进行比较，对每一种模式中经济绩效和社会 绩效的耦合协调度进行对比分析，认为德国模式的综合绩 效高于美国模式。相信这一研宄对完善我国社会主义市场 经济有启发意义。 The market economy models in developed countries are different, but which mode of operation is better needs further research. From the perspective of Marxist political economy, the performance of a country’s market economy can’t be measured by economic indicators alone，but by the unification of the productive forces and the relations of production. Based on this,this paper proposes that the performance of a market economy model can be measured by the comprehensive performance of economic performance and social performance. Taking the American model and the German model as examples, this paper compares the economic performance and social performance of the two models of operation from an empirical point of view, and makes comparative analysis of the coupling coordination between economic performance and social performance in each model. The conclusion is that the comprehensive performance of German model is higher than the American model.
