毕业设计（论文） 课题名称 搓丝机传动装置的设计 二级学院（系）/专 业 机械制造与自动化 日 期 2012年12月17日 —— 2013年5月26日 搓丝机传动装置的设计 机自1013徐楠 摘 要 搓丝机，是专业生产螺丝的设备。搓丝机，有多种规格的搓丝机，如，自动搓丝机、平板搓丝机、半自动搓丝机、全自动搓丝机、高速搓丝机等。搓丝机轻便、灵活、高效以及具有其它类似设备无法取代的优点。搓丝机避免了车床、钻床或手动攻丝的局限，省时、省力、不易烂牙、丝锥不易折断等。搓丝机适用于所有机械制造行业，机床、模具(厂)机械、塑胶机械、印刷机械、包装机械制造厂、工程机械、汽车摩托车零部件、航空发动机、机车车辆、烟草机械以及通用机械等行业。 传动装置是利用能量做有用功,起到传递能量、转换能量形式或者改变能量运作方式的作用。传动装置是机械中最重要的，为整个机械提供动能的，是为机械工作传动能源的。 本文主要介绍了带式运输机双级展开式齿轮传动装置。齿轮传送具有，效率高，承载能力大，允许速度高，寿命长等特点，因此在传动系统中一般采用齿轮传动。带传动有吸震，平稳等特点，能起过载保护作用。本传动比不大，故采用二级传动。 关键词：机械设计，传动系统 ABSTRACT Thread rolling machine, is specializing in the production of screws.
