行政调解制度研究论文 　　内容摘要：构建和谐社会是一项系统工程，需要建立与完善诸多制度。从灵活、有效地化解社会矛盾与纠纷的角度考虑，行政调解制度是构建和谐社会的重要一环。目前，对行政调解制度的忽视，给法治进程带来诸多隐性的不和谐现象，如诉讼观念的极端化、诉讼案件数量激增使法院不堪重负等等。因此，在新的社会形势下，必须重视行政调解，不断完善行政调解制度，充分发挥行政调解在化解社会矛盾、增进社会和谐方面的功能与作用。 　　关键词：和谐社会行政调解法治 　　Abstract：oussociety,ifconsideri,theneglectingoftheadministrativeintermediationgivestheruleoflawalotoflatentunharmonious,suchastheextremenessoftheideasinlitigation,,wemustemphasizeandimprovetheadministrativeintermediation,andletitsfunctionplayanimportantpartinrelaxingthesocialconflictandimprovingthedegreeoftheharmonious. 　　keywords：harmonioussociety；administrativeinterm
