精品 地方政府间合作于发展-以“长吉图”区域经济合作为例 摘要 目前“长吉图”在空间上已经形成了一个结构分布比较合理的都市圈形态，但因缺乏地方政府间合作和利益分化严重阻碍了经济一体化进程。本文以“长吉图”都市圈的地方政府间合作关系为研究对象，首先对现代的地方政府间合作与发展理论进行追溯和剖析，找出合理的方案解决如今合作机构的薄弱，缺少规范性和权威性，且合作的主体和内容单一等问题。随后，借鉴长三角都市圈地方政府间合作关系，广西北部湾经济区地方政府“三边治理模式”等具体案例来找出符合中国人情世故的可行性方案来促进地方政府间合作来加速区域经济的发展。而要构建和实施这一切不仅需要发挥中央政府的调控作用，还需要发动民间力量来促进地方政府间合作。 关联词：地方政府间合作与发展 区域经济合作 长吉图  On the development of cooperation among local governments?- The long Kyrgyzstan example of regional economic cooperation?
